No charges after woman killed by snow plow in Truro: police

No charges will be laid after a woman was killed by a snow plow in Truro.

Around 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 2, 54-year-old Tina Clyke was hit in a parking lot in front of a car dealership.

Truro police say they met with the family yesterday and have ruled the case a tragic accident, according to a social media post.

They say the investigation will not result in charges, but they have turned the case over to the Department of Labour, who will look into it from a workplace accident lens.

Officers say this incident has rattled the community and ask you to keep the impacted families in your thoughts.
