The World Juniors gold medal game is happening tonight in Halifax! It’s going to be quite the game! I’m not even a hockey fan and I was watching the semi final game last night! The Scotiabank Centre was absolutely packed last night and every game has been very well attended.
Seeing all the people at the World Juniors got me thinking, could Halifax have a NHL team! It’s been brought up before and most people say that there would never be enough people to attend which could be true but if you think of the team as a Nova Scotia team it could work! Think of how many people from Cape Breton to Yarmouth would travel to watch NHL games! As the population grows, who knows maybe it will happen someday!
