He passed away more the six decades ago, but he`ll soon be returning to the big screen in a new movie. I`m talking about the one and only James Dean.
It won`t be the real James Dean, of course. It will be a computer generated version of the late star. And he won`t be the star. It`s more of a secondary role. But the company who cast him in the role says they think he`s perfect.
Many actors who still have like actual heartbeats are not happy, and who can blame them. All of a sudden, they`re redundant. Film makers don`t need to hire actual actors. They just need a few pictures, a couple short clips, and a fancy computer program and they have the star of the show.
It probably won`t be the end of live actors making movies, but the possibility now exists.
Now for the ultimate irony? They use nothing but computer generated actors to create the next Terminator movie. That’s when we know the machines have won.
