The effects of this week’s winter storm are still being felt.
Nova Scotia Power reported 23,690 customers were still in the dark as of 6 a.m. Tuesday.
The hardest-hit area was Bridgewater, where nearly 17,000 customers were still in the dark.
Liverpool has about 3,900, and Halifax is sitting at 1,400 customers still without power.
Restoration estimates have most of the outages restored by 6 p.m. Tuesday, but those are subject to change.
