RCMP are investigating an alleged armed robbery in Shelburne.

Police say a man entered a gas station on Falls Lane on Tuesday night and demanded money from the cashier while pointing what appeared to be a firearm at them.

He then fled on foot towards Wrights Road.

The employee was not physically injured during the incident.

The man wore a black face mask, black jacket, black pants, and had a brown mustache.

Surveillance video shows a white compact sedan, possibly a Hyundai Elantra, that may have picked up the suspect.
