Police seek help to find Justin MacDonald’s remains

Cape Breton Regional Police are seeking the public’s assistance to find the remains of Justin MacDonald, who they believe was murdered.

Police confirmed that a firearm and robbery are connected to the case from an update they gave to the public on Thursday.

The 34-year-old was last seen at a gas station in North Sydney on July 7.

His vehicle was found a few days later, approximately 25 kilometres away.

Police arrested and charged three men in December in connection with MacDonald’s disappearance and suspected murder.

Officers are urging anyone with information to contact 902-563-5151.
