The murder of Donnie Lohnes remains unsolved.
The RCMP Southwest Major Crime Unit says they are looking for any witnesses or information related to the death of Lohnes, who was attacked near his home in Pine Grove on October 25th.
Lohnes passed due to his injuries a week later while in the hospital.
Police believe an earlier altercation on the same day may have been related to the homicide.
That incident took place near Bridgewater Honda on Dufferin Street between 6-7 pm, and involved a group of people.
Investigators are asking any witnesses to the altercation earlier that day or to the assault on Lohnes, or anyone in the area at that time with information to contact the Southwest Nova Major Crime Unit at 902-365-3120, or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
