The West Hants RCMP Detachment are out with a province-wide arrest warrant for a Windsor man.
30-year-old Justin Eugene States has been charged with Possession of Cannabis for the Purpose of Distribution and Selling, Possession of Illicit Cannabis, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 and Failure to Appear in Court.
The RCMP say the warrant is in relation to numerous offences from incidents in March and July of 2020.
After several attempts to locate States, the RCMP are now asking for the public’s help finding him.
Anyone who sees States is asked to not approach him and call the West Hants RCMP.
