Every workplace will soon have both a physical and psychological harassment policy.
The province says many workplaces had plans to deal with physical violence.
But the new law will force employers to add psychological things like harassment, bullying and psychological injury.
Jobs must outline how to prevent harassment, report complaints, and the investigation process.
The new law takes effect Sept. 1.
