PWHL comes to Halifax for first time

The PWHL is in Halifax.

For the first time, a league game will be played in Nova Scotia, and it’s a homecoming for some players and coaches.

The Toronto Sceptres face the Montreal Victoire in Wednesday night’s contest at Scotiabank Centre.

The Sceptres feature captain Blayre Turnbull from Stellarton, defender Allie Munroe of Yarmouth and Head Coach Troy Ryan from Spryfield.

The Victoire’s head coach Kori Cheverie is from New Glasgow.

The puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
