Queens District RCMP have arrested a minor for driving under the influence.
On June 23rd around 7:30 p.m. police responded to reports of a single motor vehicle collision on Nickerson Pond Road in Brooklyn.
Police determined that a Grey GMC Canyon had left the road and rolled onto it’s side.
Initial reports indicate that there were teens in the cab and cargo bed of the truck when it flipped and multiple youth were treated at the scene by EHS for non life threatening injuries.
The driver, a 17-year-old youth was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
RCMP believe that there may be video of the incident, and ask anyone with photos, videos, or social media posts relating to the collision to contact Queens District RCMP or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
