The Queens District RCMP are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision.
EHS notified police of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 3 in White Point shortly before 10a.m. on Monday morning.
RCMP arrived on scene to find that a pickup truck had failed to negotiate a turn and left the road sustaining minor damage.
The driver, a 56-year-old man from Queens County was pronounced dead at the scene.
A collision reconstructionist arrived on scene and the investigation is ongoing.
