RCMP investigate suspicious disappearance of woman in Cape Breton, report of homicide

A suspicious disappearance of a woman in Cape Breton.

Northeast Nova RCMP say they responded to a report of a possible homicide at a home on Old Route 5 in Big Bras D’Or, Wednesday, November 22.

There they learned 48-year-old Natasha Leroy had gone missing and the circumstances were suspicious.

Over the last two days the Northeast Nova RCMP Major Crime unit has been investigating with Cape Breton Regional Police and a search warrant is being executed at the home on Old Route 5.
