RCMP in Lunenburg are investigating a fatal ATV crash that took place Tuesday night.
Police were called to a single-vehicle crash around 8:20 p.m. on Old Chelsea Rd in Bakers Settlement
They arrived to the scene along with EHS and fire services and discovered an ATV near the roadway on its side.
The driver, a 48-year-old man from Lunenburg County was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A collision reconstructionist was then called to the scene, to assist with the investigation, which police say is still ongoing.
