A single-vehicle accident involving a snowmobile claimed the life of a New Ross man yesterday.
RCMP responded to a single-vehicle accident involving a snowmobile Monday evening on Russell Road.
The snowmobile had left the road, striking some trees and tossing its rider from the vehicle.
The sole rider, a 56-year-old man, passed away at the scene.
An RCMP collision analyst was brought to the scene, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
There were no other injuries in the incident.
