RCMP Seeking Public Help In Burnt Car Investigation

A vehicle was found burnt and abandoned on a gravel road over the weekend.

Between 7:30 and 11 p.m. on Saturday the brown 2016 Honda CRV was moved from where it was parked in an open area on Lawrence Hat Rd. between Exit 9 and 10, Hwy 103, Martin’s River.

It was later found on a gravel road north of Hwy 103, Martin’s River.

Lunenburg District RCMP are asking the public’s help with the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lunenburg District RCMP (902-634-8674) or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or text TIP202 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637) or submit tips by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca.

Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.
