In a previous blog I mentioned that I have an app called BookBub that sends me an email every day with really good bargains on downloadable ebooks, usually from Google. They range in price from free to 2.99 Cdn.
However, be forewarned, it can lead to more expensive purchases down the road. For some reason I had never heard of a Scottish writer named Ian Rankin who has a huge murder mystery series about an Edinburgh Scotland based Detective Inspector Rebus. I paid 99 cents for the first book, loved it and then found out there are 21 more Rebus crime thrillers.
