Fisherman’s Memorial Hospital’s emergency department is operating on reduced hours for the next several days.
The emergency department will open at 7:30am and close at 1pm each day from Thursday, September 2, until Sunday, September 5.
According to Nova Scotia Health, the reduced hours are the result of staff unavailability.
Anyone with a medical emergency should call 911, or for general health advice call 811 to speak with a registered nurse.
