Report some non-emergency crimes to R.C.M.P. online

You can now report certain non-emergency crimes to RCMP online.

Among incidents that can be reported on the Mounties’ website are damage to property or a vehicle; hit-and-run of an unoccupied vehicle or property; and theft under $5000.

An officer will follow up with you within five days after you’ve submitted your crime report.

Do not submit a report online if stolen property includes firearms, credit cards or personal identification; if the value of stolen or damaged items exceeds $5000; or there are witnesses or video evidence of the crime.
