UPDATED: Saint-Boniface named 2025 Kraft Hockeyville winner

A disappointing night for the Sackville Arena.

They were one of four finalists in this year’s Kraft Hockeyville competition.

The winner Saint-Boniface, Quebec received the most votes and was awarded the top prize.

They’ll receive $250,000 for upgrades to Arena Saint-Boniface.

On social media, the Sackville Minor Hockey Association congratulated Saint-Boniface on their win, “Thank you to our Flyers, our Sackville community, Nova Scotia, and every single person across Canada who supported our bid in Kraft Hockeyville! Thank you to the countless people that spent hours and hours on end voting for us! Congratulations to Saint Boniface Arena for winning Kraft Hockeyville!

“We have won in the support we have within our Sackville Flyers community. As the Kraft Hockeyville committee we have never felt more supported and uplifted by the Flyers around us. We have lost games before and we will pick ourselves right back up,” the post added.

The Sackville Arena receives $25,000 for arena upgrades, and $10,000 in new hockey equipment, with their top 4 finish in the 2025 Kraft Hockeyville competition.
