With all the students graduating today many will be heading to universities this fall, while others will get a job and their first place of their own.
They’ll need to learn to grocery shop. And watch their spending.
What tips have you got for young people learning to shop for groceries?
I have a few ideas.
First, never shop hungry. Get a doughnut or a cheeseburger before grocery shopping if you’re feeling hungry.
I use an app called Flipp to price match whenever possible.
With the price of gas I no longer make a separate trip to grocery shop. I pick up items on my way home after work.
