Shark Week Will Have A Nova Scotia Twist This Year

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved Shark Week on the Discovery Channel! It’s a full week of shark-themed documentaries from all over the world, and this year, Nova Scotia will be featured!

Shark Week starts on July 22nd, and the documentary to look out for is called Great White North Invasion. It will be based in Nova Scotia, a new hotspot for great white sharks. Check out the trailer below!

The film has its world premiere as part of Shark Week 2025 on Discovery Channel and Discovery + on Tuesday, July 22 at 09:00 pm AST
