A councillor in the Municipality of Shelburne has resigned.
Anthony Gosbee represented District 4, he was first elected in 2021.
Gosbee took a leave of absence in May due to medical reasons, according to the municipality.
In a release, the municipality says they appreciate Gosbee’s service and dedication to the community.
Information on a special election for the district will be shared next month.
