Another victory for Nova Scotia’s Mattea Roach on Jeopardy!
She’s now earned over $368,000 U.S. during her 16-game win streak on the American game-show.
Roach buzzed in successfully 76 per cent of the time last night, and 89 per cent of her answers were right.
She had a big lead heading into Final Jeopardy! and missed the question about African surnames.
She lost $7,000, but still walked away with another $16,200.
Roach, who grew up in Halifax and has family living in Cape Breton, will be back to defend her title tonight.
