There are days like that. Days when you probably shouldn’t even have gotten out of bed. Like this rabbit. Not bad enough that a fox decides you look like lunch, but then an eagle figures you look pretty good too.
The Audubon Society announced their 2019 photography awards. There are some beautiful shots of birds. I’ll admit, I’m a bit jealous. I would love to take great bird pictures, but about the best I can do is when something falls asleep in front of me, like this owl. I know timing plays a big part, but some of these, especially the eagle, the rabbit and the fox are incredible.
