SPCA investigating after kittens thrown in Elmsdale dumpster

The Nova Scotia SPCA are investigating after kittens were thrown in a dumpster.

It happened in Elmsdale, outside the McDonald’s restaurant on Highway 214 between July 26-28.

The enforcement unit says it was a small container with at least two kittens inside.

A third kitten was rescued near the dumpster last weekend.

Anyone with information can contact the SPCA’s animal cruelty line.
