Happy Star Wars Day! It’s May the fourth as in “May the fourth (force) be with you!”
Now, I have to admit that I’ve never been much of a Star Wars fan. It’s always been Star Trek for me.
You see, I was raised on Star Trek – it was one of the few things my father and I agreed on.
We bonded over Star Trek and all of it’s various iterations – even Voyager!
And I ruined Star Wars for myself by watching a bootleg VHS where someone had projected the first movie on a piece of bristol board and then filmed it with a vhs camera.
In fact, I’ve probably only seen 4 of the Star Wars movies and half an episode of The Mandalorian.
But, I have plans. Yes I do. When I retire watching all of the Star Wars franchise (and the Marvel Cinematic Universe) is on my list of things to do.
Until then, May the fourth be with you, but also, Live Long and Prosper.
Star Wars or Star Trek?
