For most of us in the Northern Hemisphere the experts say the ideal date to switch is October 7th.
Duvet’s are measured in togs , or Thermal Overall Grade.
A lightweight summer duvet is 3.0-4.5 tog
A winter weight duvet is 12.0-13.5 tog
