What they’re calling the most expensive TV series ever made – The Rings of Power drops tomorrow on Amazon Prime Video.
I will probably watch it. But , being honest, I have started all of the Lord of the Rings novels including the Hobbit and the Silmarillion and I’ve never finished any of them.
Same for the movies.
If it wasn’t for popular culture I wouldn’t understand orcs, Gollum, “my Precious” or Frodo.
Am I alone in just not clicking with fantasy series like these?
