The Oldest Thing I Still Use

I had to do some thinking about this one. The oldest thing I still use?

I have some of my father’s old hand tools – files, hammers, chisels and such that he would have purchased as a young man.

But an even older thing I still use (if you count decoration as using it) is my grandmother’s stoneware butter churn.

Years ago I used it to brew beer. Now it sits in a corner as a decorative item with a couple of dyed feathers sticking out of the top.

If you count that as “using” it , then it’s definitely the oldest thing I still use.

What’s the oldest thing you still use?
