This South Shore Local Is Racing In One Of The Oldest Sailboat Races In History! She’s Doing Well!

You may have heard of the Marblehead to Halifax Ocean Race! It’s on right now! 69 sailboats are racing from Marblehead Massachusetts and will end soon in Halifax. One of the boats participating in the race is helmed by Shelburne’s own Savannah Taylor . Her and her crew are now in 9th place at the time of this writing!

Savannah has been sailing for many years and attended SHYC’s Sailing Academy! You can track her boat “The Hard Eight” and all the other boats below!
