Get set to turn your clocks back an hour this coming Saturday night/Sunday morning. (Nov 5th and 6th)
I’m dreading it.
Usually it’s only the spring time change when we turn them an hour ahead that really messes with my sleep schedule.
But for the last couple of months I’ve been having real problems with my sleep patterns.
I have been waking up at midnight and just laying in bed until the alarm goes at 3am.
So with the time change will I be waking up at 11pm?
I’ve been limiting daytime naps to less than 30 minutes and cutting out caffeine after 1pm but so far my sleep schedule just seems to be getting worse.
Do you have trouble sleeping? What tips do you have for getting a good night’s sleep?
