Undercoat It?

I’m bringing the car in tomorrow for an undercoating appointment. I try to get it done atleast once every two years or so. I’ve heard people swear by it. Some say your car’s body depends on it others say it’s kind of outdated with newer cars and it’s just a pricey add on! I found this video pretty helpful with weighing the pros and the cons!

I’m certainly no mechanic but I don’t see any real harm in getting it done. If it can extend the life of my car I’ll take it! I realize though a lot of people know a lot more about this stuff then I do so that’s why I’m asking you! Do you undercoat your vehicle? Is it worth it? How often do you get it done?
