Some motorists are going to have to find a new place to have their vehicles serviced.
Walmart Canada is closing its Tire, Lube and Express shops across the country.
The closure of 106 stores will begin immediately.
Spokesperson Felicia Fefer says they are working to retain the around 550 affected Associates, by finding other roles within the company.
She says the closure will allow them to focus their efforts on selling general merchandise, food and other products.
Fefer says at some of their Walmart stores, they will continue to have a partnership with Mr. Lube.
