We Nova Scotians fared badly in the latest survey about Kraft Dinner in Canada.
Prince Edward Island consumes the most mac’n’cheese monthly with an average of 4 boxes a month while we came in a lowly 5th with an average of 3 boxes a month.
When I was young, Kraft Dinner had a competitor called Catelli Dinner which featured more traditional elbow pasta. But the cheese packets weren’t that great.
So I would buy both Kraft and Catelli and put the Kraft powdered cheese packets with the Catelli Dinner.
Nowadays I’m a Mac’n’Cheese snob. Only homemade mac’n’cheese for me.
Do you still like Kraft Dinner and do you add anything special to it?
We really need to up our numbers to catch those Spud Islanders.
