I wash, but my hands are not dry and my pants a bit damp when I leave the washroom.
For years there has been a push to get away from paper towel and move to air forced hand dryers in public bathrooms. In many cases there is no alternative to the air hand dryer.
Now I know what you are thinking, “Just use the hand dryer then…”, well it appears the dryer and washing your hands in the toilet, not far off.
