A single-vehicle crash has claimed two lives in Pictou County.
The roll-over happened early Saturday morning on Brookville Road in McLellans Brook
A 23-year old man from Stellarton and a 23-year old woman from Trenton were pronounced dead at the scene, they were passengers.
The driver, a 23-year old man from Hillside failed a breathalyzer at the scene and was arrested for impaired driving.
RCMP say he then refused to give breath samples into an approved instrument, which carries the same penalty as impaired driving.
The man was released on conditions and will appear in Pictou Provincial Court on September 5th.
RCMP say the investigation is ongoing.
