Madelaine Daues says Lobster Splash was created 6 years ago when she was on town council.
“It was part of the 250th anniversary. I thought of our lobster fishers, our industry and also I thought of some of our Christmas shoppers who did their shopping elsewhere. “
Dozens of restaurants in the Tri-Counties take part in Lobster Splash that begins tomorrow.
