A Lunenburg County man has been arrested for drug-related offences.
Thirty-eight year-old Murray Marvin Heath was taken into custody Tuesday for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
Following the arrest, police seized a quantity of powdered cocaine and prescription hydromorphone capsules.
Heath was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of hydromorphone, and four counts of breach of recognizance.
He appeared Wednesday in Bridgewater Provincial Court and was remanded into custody.
Heath will return to court June 10.
