Back to the grind after a busy weekend can be tough. Feeling a bit tired on a Monday morning? That is not uncommon, but what if you could get more sleep, would you?? Experts are saying you need upwards of 8 hours each night and if you don’t it could have major side effects.

Why lack of sleep is bad for your health

So how do you do it? I ask as I yawn, haha. I wish I would have seen this one during the heat wave this summer. “Having a higher body temperature can make you feel more alert.
