This weekend is a busy one for sure. Not only are we preparing for the weirdest Halloween ever, but there is a rare October 31st blue moon and the time change takes place as well. We have been talking a lot about how Halloween will work with CoVid-19, but here is something to think about, the last time we had a full on Halloween night was 1944, during World War II. That to me is proof that things could be a lot worse with more to worry about than having to wear a mask. After this year we should see a Halloween full moon every 19 years.

Now let’s talk time change as this weekend the clocks will FALL BACK to return us to Atlantic Standard Time. Each year the discussion around the value of Daylight Savings Time is questioned. Last year this list of the pros and cons of Daylight Savings Time was posted:
The pros and cons of switching to permanent Daylight Saving Time
The conversation continues and it looks like sooner than later we could be sticking to the same time all year long.
