A 33 year-old man was arrested today following a home invasion early this morning on Fox Street in Lunenburg.
RCMP responded to a 911 call around 6:50 a.m.
Two people in the home told police that a man and two women entered their residence and assaulted them.
Both victims suffered minor injuries with one being transported to hospital.
The suspect was taken into custody around 11 a.m. without incident at a home on Kissing Bridge Road in First Peninsula.
Police do not believe this was a random act and the people know each other.
