A provincial court judge will decide in March if additional information will be released to members of the media in the case of six teen boys sharing intimate images without consent.
Four 15 year-olds and two 18 year-old boys have been charged with sharing at least 20 images of teenage girls.
CBC lawyer, Nancy Rubin, was successful last month in having a redacted version of a 36-page search warrant released.
She argues more blacked out information should be uncovered.
However, crown and defence lawyers believe it should remain private.
The six teens are facing charges of distributing intimate images without consent, and possessing and distributing child pornography.
Judge Paul Scovil has reserved his decision until March 3.
