On September 28, just after 2 a.m., police responded to a break and enter at a convenience store on Post Office Road.
It was the second report of a break-in at that location in two weeks.
In a release, RCMP said they used a crime analyst in addition to other investigative techniques, and identified two suspects.
On Tuesday they searched a home and arrested the two men without incident.
A stolen vehicle from the Annapolis County area, and linked to the two suspects has been recovered as well.
A 45-year-old man from Granville Ferry and a 29-year-old man from Dartmouth have been remanded into custody.
They are facing several charges, including Possession of Stolen Property, Break and Enter, Possession of Break and Enter Instruments, Wearing a Disguise While Committing a Criminal Offence and Breach of Probation.
Both men were to appear in Shelburne court this afternoon.
RCMP say the investigation is ongoing.
