A Bridgewater tavern will re-open today.
The Back Alley, formerly Kings Corner Bar and Grill, are allowed to re-open following a court hearing on Friday afternoon.
The decision allows the bar to remove a seizure notice, posted earlier this week by the Rhodenizer family.
However, both sides are due back in court on February 12.
The bar re-opens at 10 a.m this morning.
