Guest reviews have helped land the Queens County getaway the RCI Gold Crown award for the 12th straight year.
Marketing and Product Development Manager, Donna Hatt, says it’s become their standard.
“It’s certainly part of our pride at the resort in wanting to make sure we maintain it, we don’t want to lose it and so we’re constantly evolving to make sure that we’re exceeding expectations.”
The award is based on high marks in resort accommodations, hospitality and member experience ratings.
