The trial for a Mount Pleasant woman accused of running over her daughter has officially begun.
Candice Roxanne Moore is facing a charge of criminal negligence causing the death of nine-year-old Olive Moore.
A jury of 12 was chosen out of 300 people.
Five men and seven women were selected.
A replacement for one juror excused unexpectedly during the process will be sworn-in this afternoon followed by the crown’s opening statement.
