The inpatient medical unit at South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater remains temporarily closed to visitors.
Three confirmed cases of influenza put the temporary restriction in place late last week.
Several other patients were also experiencing flu-like symptoms.
However, there was no further transmission of the virus over the weekend.
Nova Scotia Health Authority spokesperson, Theresa Hawkesworth, says the situation will be reassessed tomorrow.
