Logan O’Neil scored the shootout winner as the South Shore Junior ‘A’ Lumberjacks moved closer to a playoff berth with a 7-6 win Sunday afternoon over the Yarmouth Mariners.
Bair Gendunov had three goals and one assist.
O’Neil also scored in regulation along with Christian Tsukamoto and Connor McCluskey.
The Lumberjacks are back on the ice Thursday night in Pictou.
