Early Start! Bridgewater Looking To Hire Summer Positions

It may be the middle of winter but that isn’t stopping the Town of Bridgewater from posting summer job opportunities.

The town is currently accepting applications for their recreation and museum teams.

Positions at the museum include events & program coordinator, and exhibit and program officer.

Culture and Events Coordinator, Lynette de Montreuil says some jobs require high school or college students.

“Some of them open up more to make sure youth in our community have these opportunities to get further training and access to quality jobs.”

de Montreuil says most students find jobs quickly once school is out and she’s trying to get ahead of the curve.

There are four openings at the museum and another four in the rec department.

Some applications are due next month while others are needed in April.
